'Food of the Gods'
Cacao - known as the 'Food of the Gods', is the seed found in the fruit of the Theobroma cacao tree. History shows that cacao ceremonies have been around for thousands of years dating back to the Mayan and Aztec cultures in both Central and South America.

Cacao is thought to have a spirit and shows up differently for everyone. It is often referred to as playful and gentle. Pure cacao is a heart opening plant medicine that is used to achieve an inner awakening with self, to connect with others and to expand creative energy. The heart opening properties of cacao are attributed to the high levels of theobromine.
R3 Breathwork and Beyond offers an opportunity to imbibe in ceremonial grade cacao that is ethically sourced from small family farms. It is harvested and made with energetic intention so the power of the cacao journey is not lost during the process.​

Through breath, intention, meditation and mindful movement, we will explore the loving beauty of a transformative cacao journey together.

Our cacao journeys are held during the New Moon phase. This offers us an opportunity to use moon water charged with the New Moon energy to amplify intuition, reflection and connection.
