​the REAL work is a continuation of the RAW work that has already begun.​

RAW is preparation through curiosity, leaning in, feeling, learning and gently awakening to the power of breathwork. REAL is taking all the pieces and going ALL IN.

a REAL breathwork journey offers an opportunity to take the pieces of you that you have discovered, uncovered and acknowledged. to hold space for them, without judgement and work with all of it fiercely.

i will hold a safe space for you as you are guided through a powerful activation breathwork session. you will have time to journal, find stillness, reflect and integrate.

​

i will provide journal prompts for you the following day of your breathwork journey and offer a time for a brief chat via phone for additional integration if needed.
